He has a passion for people development and support and has direct experience working in the Public Sector, (Federal and State). He has worked with and coached Executive and Middle Management clients from the Public, Private and Not for Profit sectors. He has extensive experience in leadership and management development and facilitated numerous team building and group development activities. Ken is well qualified in this area with tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Change Management, Coaching and Psychology.

Ken Rogers Coaching (KRC) specialises in leadership development, coaching, change management, training and organisational transformation. KRC’s purpose is to provide clients with the insights they need to achieve sustainable results, particularly “when clarity is important”. Ken’s philosophy is that “everyone deserves the opportunity to be coached, at least once in their lives”. Coaching provides the mental space that allows one to go beyond current realities. Coaching challenges one to consider better alternatives, and provides clarity in direction.

Ken is passionate about coaching and personal change, and seeks to help people realize their potential, becoming more authentic and true to their beliefs and values. KRC has an Associate agreement with OPIC Australia in Western Australia, with Ken Rogers being the Lead Consultant in WA. OPIC’s approach is to determine and develop capability, with a specific focus on Insight, Capability and Performance.
